Returns & refunds
Any purchases made from the online gift shop may be returned either in person to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario Gift Shop in Toronto or returned by mail. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags attached.  

Perishable goods such as food items and pierced earrings are exempt from being returned.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us by email at giftshop@ola.org. 

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or is defective, we will take it back and reimburse the full purchase price including shipping charges.
