Order processing
Online and telephone orders will be processed within 48 hours. Sorry, COD orders are not accepted. Please allow two to four weeks for delivery in Canada and the US, and four to six weeks for international orders.

Shipping and handling

Orders will be shipped via Purolator. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply as follows:

Canadian orders will be shipped either by Purolator or Canada Post. 

US orders and International orders: All US and international orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Shipping charges will be determined at checkout based on your location.
